Zane Miracle, Carpentry instructor, brings 40 years of experience as a union carpenter to Inland Empire Job Corps Center. He has instructed Job Corps students for nearly 15 years and helped his training area maintain a 97% postgraduation placement rate in the industry. 

began working as the Culinary Arts instructor at Inland Empire Job Corps Center in 2006, bringing years of experience in culinary arts to the classroom. He is a certified executive chef with the American Culinary Federation and enjoys using his experience in the industry to train future professionals.

joined the Inland Empire Job Corps team in 2019 as the Clinical Medical Assistant instructor. She has over 10 years of medical assisting education with certifications in medical assisting, as well as an Associate of Science degree.

joined Inland Empire Job Corps Center in 2019 as a career transition specialist and now works as a career transition readiness coordinator. In this role, she enjoys preparing students with career development skills and providing them with necessary resources to have a successful career.

has been with Gulfport Job Corps Center for over 20 years. She is currently a Career Transition Readiness instructor. She previously worked in the Management and Human Resources training areas for Job Corps. Delisa has a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources, both of which she uses to instruct students on career readiness and more.
