After completing a heavy equipment operations apprenticeship through Associated General Contractors, Christopher worked on a variety of different job sites, including heavy highways, landfills, environmental and oilfields. He gained invaluable experience, along with coping skills, overcoming language barriers and working with people of diverse backgrounds.

Justin has followed that career path for over 22 years. His roles in the field have provided him with experience and insight into career skills and lessons, along with how to teach heavy equipment mechanics in a classroom and out in the field.

Keith has experience teaching automotive technology at the Denver Institute of Technology, Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colo., and Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo.
